From 3 to 9 October 2011 the 11th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Commission for Women’s Chess, under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer.
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Twenty four (24) women from Argentina, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Honduras attended the seminar on Internet.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
